If you saw a notice after you processed your payment saying, “This site is not secure…,” be assured that all of your information is secure.  When you clicked on the link to check out and pay for your order, you were redirected to a secure credit card processing site for putting in your personal information and your credit card information.  As soon as you processed the order, you were redirected again, back to the Thank You page on our site, which does not have the security necessary for processing charge cards.  That’s when you got the notice, not when you were on the secure site.  So all is secure in your purchase. 

An email confirmation has been sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive your email confirmation very soon, and you have a spam filter, please check your spam filter folder. Otherwise, let us know by emailing us at Joey@dowsers.com and we’ll get one right out.

Your order is being processed. We’ll contact you if there is an unusual delay or if we need to discuss other matters with you. Your credit card statement will say that “Dowsers.com-Joey Korn” has billed you for the product or service.

We ship most of our products through the US Mail. If you ordered a product, you should receive an email notice from the US Postal Service and/or Stamps.com with tracking info within the next two business days. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
